Other: Jasper much like this father has a goblin tattoo in memory of the Osborn Goblins. His is a black Goblin outlined with green around the eyes and is placed on his left wrist, he does cover this tattoo up when in public however in order to keep his families name from being disgraced further.

Equipment and Weapons:

Goblin Suit:
After seeing his father Harry`s suit Jasper has made many changes to the weapon of mass destruction. His suit is based off a metalic design that attaches to his body through small needles located at the base of his neck, spine, thighs, and forearms to give him his stability. The needles at the base of his spine and neck does puncture his nervous system to give him full control of the suit. Unlike his fathers suit his is painted a dark no gloss black, he has a basic ninja mask made from metal that covers from his nose down with a breathing system locked in of course. Around his waist is a utility belt that holds all of his technology used for fighting. Knowing that hes likely to get caught Jasper eyes turn a lime green when wearing the suit, his hair will turn to a dark black color to throw people off (though they could probably guess honestly.) Around his ears much like Harry`s suit he has a pair of black pointed ears to give him that goblin type appearance.

Goblin Glider:

Much like his gather and grandfather he took to the Gilder though he did a bit of tweaking to it. He colored his Gilder to match his suit though the underlying designs are a lime green to match his eyes, the flames that keep the board in air have also taken on a florescent lime green coloring. His board however is controlled by a series of buttons located on a remote attached to his left arm. When he is not riding the board this is how he controls the Gilders movements, it is also how he controls the weapons system located in the board. If the wrist controls are broke he does have the option of voice control over the board but he tends to avoid using this to the best of his abilities.

Goblin technology:

Being the owner of Oscorp comes with its perks and well he has been able to get quite the variety of "deadly" toys. He still uses some of the more older toys such as the Pumpkin Bomb used by his grandfather Norman, Swords used by his father Harry during his reign as Goblin, Goblin gas designed to weaken the senses of any opponent but mainly focused to dull the senses used by spiderman.  The Goblin Boomerang which are mechanical bats known to do a variety of things, and last but not least his spark gloves which seem to make fire that can be controlled by the Goblin. Think of these gloves as flame throwers which can sent out both waves of flames or fire balls. There may be more in the works as well.

Powers:
Superhuman Strength:

Due to his father being injected with the goblin serum at the time of his conception he was passed down the genes that had begun to take over his father. At the age of Sixteen he was injected with the Goblin Serum. His strength greatly exceeds his fathers allowing him to press lift anywhere between 10 - 13 tons.
Weaknesses: Due to being injected with the Serum this ability will differ between 10 to 13 tons making it so Jasper must guess at which time his strength is higher and at which time his strength is lower.

Superhuman Speed: Since being injected with the serum Jasper is capable of running and moving at speeds greater than that of even the finest Olympic athlete.

Weaknesses: Much like his father his body is constantly shaking. If he is not wearing his suit this ability is greatly affected.

Superhuman Stamina: Due to the injection of the goblin serum Jasper has enhanced musculature generates less fatigue toxins than the muscles of ordinary humans. He can exert himself at peak capacity for nine hours before fatigue begins to affect him.

Weaknesses: After nine hours he will begin to feel exhausted and has the possibilities of passing out or taking uncontrollable power naps.

Superhuman Durability: The formula also fortified all of Jaspers bodily tissues, making them far tougher and more resistant to injury than normal humans. Jasper can still be injured by something along the lines of a knife or small conventional bullets composed of conventional material, however he is very resistant to great impact forces and blunt trauma. Jasper can withstand powerful impacts, such as falling from eight to nine stories or being repeatedly struck by a superhuman enemy. While that would severely injure or kill a normal human he`ll have little to no injuries minus a few cuts and bruises. 

Weaknesses: Any fall over nine feet will lead to broken bones, death, and or sever injuries. Please see Regenerative Healing factor of injuries weakness.

Regenerative Healing Factor: If injured, Jaspers body is able to heal itself with greater speed and efficiency than an ordinary human and can heal from injuries that would prove lethal to an ordinary human.

Weaknesses: Any injuries sustained from weapons much be taken care of first. If the weapon is still inside the body of Jasper it must be taken out in order to heal, broken bones must be set back into place in order to being the healing process.

Superhuman Agility: As the Dark Goblin agility and bodily coordination are enhanced to levels that are beyond the natural limits of the human body.

Weaknesses: This ability will be greatly affected if Jaspers body begins to shake, he must be wearing to suit in order to go beyond natural limits. If he is not wearing the suit then he can do slightly above the basics of the natural human body.

Superhuman Reflexes: Jaspers reaction time is enhanced to levels that are beyond the natural limits of the human body while in the Goblin Suit.

Weaknesses: If he is not in the suit he still has a quick reaction time though it will be a little bit faster than above basic. He will not have the same reaction time as someone such as spider man. 

Skills:

Enhanced Intelligence:

As the son of Harry Osborn and the grandson of Norman Osborn, Jasper has been blessed with the mind of a genius. Much like this father his intelligence is enhanced to an unknown level because of the Goblin serum though with power comes a price.
Weaknesses: Due to his intelligence level being so high Jasper suffers from split personality disorder, psychosis, and terrible migraines. While they might not be at the same time each on has lead to him becoming the Dark Goblin.

Weaknesses: (3 minimum)

1.) Split Personality Disorder: Jasper suffers from split personality disorders. His personalities consist of The Dark Goblin and of Jasper Osborn. Which one you`ll get is the game think of it as Russian Roulette and well just enjoy the show. 

2.) Psychosis: Jasper also suffers from another mental illness, Psychosis however is a bit more dangerous to those around him. Psychosis is a loss of contact with reality that usually includes: False beliefs about what is taking place or who one is (delusions) ; Seeing or hearing things that aren't there (hallucinations). This is believed to have lead him into his split personality but deep down Jasper believes that the Dark Goblin is real.

3.) Migraines: These are a weakness that Jasper just can`t seem to fix no matter how much medication he takes. His migraines will last anywhere from five to six hours and can result in blooded noses, intense pain, and even black outs.

Personality:
Positive Traits

- Charismatic: Much like his father before him Jasper is extremely Charismatic. After his fathers death he became the face of Oscorp and had to take on getting the investors back. Unlike his father however Jasper had an act for inspiring others, winning over peoples affections, and even acting quite charming to those around him. People will often describe him as a charismatic leader and well he has skills to back up the talk. In a way his charisma hides the caged insanity that lingers within him. To those around him he`ll be the most appealing person on earth however once hes alone the story changes greatly.

- Clever: Jasper unlike his ancestors is extremely clever. He has been known as quite the inventor working on his new suit and weapons. Compared to his father Jasper is much more quick, he picks up on small things and ideas and takes them further than he probably should. He can apply an idea rather quickly due to his high IQ level and is extremely talented at coming up with plots and plans for world domination  for Oscorp and his "personal" activities. One thing for sure is that due to the serum Jasper has become much more quick-witted and cunning.

- Suave: To the faces of the people he is one of the most polite and well known members of the Osborn family. He has a very smooth way of talking which can get him out of pretty much any trouble he finds his way into, not to mention money helps. When he speaks to others he has a more agreeable demeanor about him making it harder to tell him no. One can tell that Jasper is extremely sophisticated and while he might not be the eldest owner of a major corporation he is extremely good at what he does. In a way Jasper has a way with words making him harder to reject than others.

Negative Traits

- Authoritarian: One thing is for certain Jasper has to be in charge and when he is well lets just say he runs a tight ship. Jasper liked to enforce a strict obedience to authority in his corporation. He does not take well to rebellious people and he certainly does not like to be undetermined. Many people have called this Osborn tyrannical, and in a way he could be considered so due to his need to have everything perfect and balanced. Jasper is one of those males who controlling and well a bit cruel to the ones who try to oppose him. One thing is for certain and its that Jasper likes to have complete and total control of every situation hes placed into.

- Abrasive: Jasper shows little to no actual concern for the feelings of those around him. In a way Jasper can be a bit harsh to those around him and well lets not forget how arrogant the son of Harry can be. Of course he can be extremely cruel at times as well making him a bit of a pain to deal with. This side will never really come out unless the people around him deserve it or he knows that they won`t quit on the spot. Of course this side of Jasper is hidden well in public but its not as easy to hide when hes on his own or with his employees to say the least one should probably avoid this side of the Osborn.

- Devious: Life isn`t fair and even Jasper knows it. He is extremely skillful at using underhanded tactics to achieve goals and to win fights. In a way Jasper will never give someone a fair fight, its just not possible for him to do so. Hes a bit of a cheater to be honest and has been described as dishonest, dishonorable, unethical, unprincipled, and even immoral. Of course this trait is only shown when hes in his Goblin state. Though he might be cracking at the seam Jasper will either be the Devious Goblin or the Poster Child for Oscorp.

History:

Jasper was born the the famous lineage of the Osborn family. His father was Harold "Harry" Osborn son of Norman Osborn who founded Oscorp. Of course not a lot of women would want to marry the man who was known for being The Goblin so harry took matters into his own hands and had an arranged marriage set up. Rion Teach was a wealthy girl that harry attended school with overseas, she had always slightly fancied the male and when the opportunity came her parents couldn`t resist. Rion was shipped to America in order to marry Harry. A year after their marriage Rion found out she was pregnant, while she wanted a girl her faithful husband wanted a boy to carry on the Osborn name. Luckily for Harry he was given the gift of a healthy baby boy.....or so he thought. While his father had been given the Goblin Serum to make himself stable enough to live the Osborn disease had already been passed down onto his own child. A curse that no matter how many line passed would always be there to take over. Jasper was his child and he knew eventually like his father he`d show signs so he had an extra serum created for his newborn son and tucked away for safe keeping.

Harry wasn`t the best father, but who could blame him with the way he`d been raised? Well Jasper could. He grew up raised by his mother Rion who literally wanted nothing to do with him. Rion often told Jasper how much she disliked his father and the constant drinking didnt help either but as time went on Rion just gave up any attempts to speak to her son. Growing up the son of Harry was a bit harder than people would have thought. Jasper's life turned for the worst when he hit the age of eleven and his disease began to kick in. He refused to let his father know what was happening and even though it had kicked in the process was slow. By the time Harry realized his son was ill he still had the first stage effects. Drawing blood he tested it and realized the disease had began to mutate itself in order to take effect. Harry set to work on a new cure for his son though his only problem was he`d never be able to see it through. After injecting himself with a small amount of the serum he started a chain reaction that started on his down fall. He turned back to his old ways as the Goblin attacking peter parker once more before ultimately leading to his death.

Harry died when Jasper was at the age of seventeen. It sent him into a deep depression and he realized that he himself was dying. He began his rule over the Oscorp as the poster child, wanting to keep himself alive he began to take over his fathers research then and only then did he find the serum that would lead to his future as the dark goblin. He injected himself with the serum and changed his life forever. Jasper began to act differently, his mother began to fear him and well it was no wonder why. As the years passed Jasper became more and more aggressive, violent, and well demented. Eventually he took on the persona of dark goblin in order to fulfill his fathers life long dreams of destroying Spider Man. Jasper has spent the last five years perfecting his weapons, gear, and plans in order to become the greatest foe spider man will ever face. The question now is will Jasper forever be the villian or will his life change much like his fathers before him?
