James needed help. No he's not crazy, well maybe a little bit. But he needed help on a job. So he went to one of his family members. Well his family that was left. Lydia was off somewhere, so he thought maybe he could ask Vasilisa, his god-sister. Would she help he really didn't know. He hadn't talked to her in years, but it was worth a shot right? Of course he did research and seen that she was the new Black Widow. Seeing that they both took up their parents role in the hero business.
He talked to Natasha and she told him that may be in the Avengers Tower, so that was where he went. He figured that they could maybe work together like his father and her mother did before they were around. It'll be a long shot, considering that it was 3 years after they had last seen each other. But they were family in a way. And family helps family. If he remembers that correctly.
They way he got in was very easy. The ventilation system was big enough. The front door wasn't something he used a lot. He had disarmed the motion sensors before he climbed in them. Was he armed? Yes he had a Hardballer pistol and a dagger on him at all times. But he didn't plan on fighting her, she was his god-sister after all. He just wanted to talk. Even though he broke into her base.
He sat in the shadows waiting for his god-sister to arrive.

If there was one thing Cash could be thankful for concerning turning permanently invisible, it was that his abilities didn't trip off motion sensors or alarms. Which didn't really matter when he was in his best friend's tower, but still. With an unknown intruder, he and JJ needed all the edge they could get.
The invisible man ghosted out of the elevator on the level that he recognized as Vasilisa Romanoff's. This schmuck is asking for it. Granted, it wouldn't have been as worse as breaking into JJ's level, but still. Did this person have a death wish? Or were they a fantastic deluded stalker?
The door to her apartments was open and, thanks to Jarvis and the surveillance systems, Cash and JJ both knew exactly where the person was: lurking in the shadows. Cash stepped quietly as he entered the room, not a flicker of light or a sound out of place to give himself away. And... there was the culprit: armed with a knife and a handgun and just... standing there.
Cash would try to reason with them.
"Hey there, friend." The disembodied voice called from thin air. "How about you put down your weapons and give yourself up before I have to do something we'll both regret?"

The HUD came alive like a glowing beast roused from the darkness and faint light gave him a sense of not being alone in the suit. Scanners quickly picked up the target skulking around in Romanoff’s room. Jarvis had came through; as if he had any doubts, and no alarms were tripped, even the ding of the elevator was silenced. Good man.
“Sir,” Jarvis’ voice was comforting in the quiet. “I have taken the liberties to perform your daily physical scan you’ve so eloquently refused. Your iron levels have dropped two point three percent, calcium point seven percent, ultraviolet exposure negative seventeen percent.”
“Yeah, yeah, whatever.” JJ metaphorically waved off the voice only he could hear as he stood in the middle of the hall and continued to monitor the situation.
“Sir,” the AI repeated firmly. “You have also neglected your analgesic medication for the second time. I am required to contact Ms. Potts if your health –”
“Now is not the time, big J.”
“Shall I wait until you are convulsing on the floor, leaving Mr. Fury to contend with your unresponsiveness as his physical and emotions levels spike dangerously.”
“Jesus Jarvis, okay!” The man gave the inside of his suit a look that could melt steel. “Look, I’ll take whatever you want me to take, after this. I’ll eat Cash’s gross salad, too.” Silence answered him. “And… I’ll go outside.”
“Before it is dark.”
“Before it’s dark. You know, you’re as bad as mama bear.”
“Thank you, sir.”
“Yeah, you would take that as a compliment.” The Iron Man suit moved forward, metal soles quiet against the carpet as he hopefully followed wherever Cash was moving. “Anything yet on our idiot intruder?”
“Nothing sir, he is not in our database.”
“Then you’re going to have to look a little deeper, try Shield.”
“May I remind you what happened last time?”
“We’re not going to get caught this time, I made a few improvements since last time. Dad isn’t the only one with access codes.” The suit paused and rounded up as Cash’s voice drifted out from around the corner. Jarvis had already locked down the floor, sealing off surrounding windows and most of the air ducts, one of them still needed to breath. Tightening his hand, the suit mimed the movement and the metallic fingers creaked slightly before extending out and widening fingers. There was the faint familiar hum of building energy and he was going to give their unwelcomed guest two seconds to obey or he was going to blast him to kingdom come. Preferably through the wall.
